Terms of Sovereign Governance

By accessing this website, engaging with IAG materials, or participating as a Member, Advisor, or Partner, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Sovereign Governance.

1. Preamble – The Sovereign Mandate
1.1 Infinite Advancement Group (IAG) is a sovereign governance entity incorporated under Swiss law, dedicated to structuring and stewarding regenerative portfolios that align wealth with life, ethics, and purpose.

1.2 These Terms of Sovereign Governance (“Terms”) define the conditions under which Members, Advisors, and Partners participate in the IAG ecosystem and access its platforms, frameworks, and initiatives.

1.3 The purpose of these Terms is to safeguard transparency, integrity, and the lawful operation of all activities under IAG’s jurisdiction.
2. Definitions
2.1 “IAG” refers to Infinite Advancement Group, the sovereign governance entity incorporated under Swiss law.

2.2 “Member” refers to any individual, entity, or institution formally accepted by the Executive Committee, by invitation and approval only, subject to eligibility and acceptance criteria.

2.3 “Steward” refers to any authorized individual entrusted with operational, advisory, or ethical oversight responsibilities within IAG.

2.4 “Portfolio” refers to the set of regenerative projects, enterprises, or assets governed under IAG’s sovereign frameworks.

2.5 “Sovereign Framework” denotes the legal, ethical, and procedural systems through which IAG operates.

2.6 “Law of Infinite Advancement (Lex IAG)” refers to the guiding principle that all IAG actions must advance life, serve integrity, and sustain continuity across generations.

2.7 “IAG Treasury” refers to the sovereign reserve system within IAG, composed of verified regenerative assets and transparent capital holdings.
3. Membership and Participation
3.1 Membership in IAG is by invitation and approval only, subject to eligibility and acceptance by the Executive Committee.

3.2 Membership confers access to specific frameworks, communications, and assemblies within IAG but does not constitute ownership, equity, or direct financial entitlement.

3.3 Members are expected to uphold the Law of Infinite Advancement and to conduct all actions in accordance with IAG’s ethical and transparency standards.

3.4 IAG reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in the event of non-compliance, misconduct, or misalignment with IAG’s principles and objectives.
4. Integrity and Ethics
4.1 Integrity forms the foundation of IAG’s sovereign governance. All Members and Stewards must adhere to the principles of transparency, accountability, and regenerative value creation.

4.2 Any form of corruption, misrepresentation, or unethical behavior constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of membership or association.

4.3 IAG reserves the right to conduct internal reviews or investigations to ensure compliance with its ethical standards.
5. Intellectual Property and Communications
5.1 All materials, frameworks, designs, systems, and publications produced or distributed by IAG remain the exclusive intellectual property of IAG.

5.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any IAG content is strictly prohibited without written consent.

5.3 Members may reference IAG materials solely for purposes explicitly approved by the Executive Committee and must maintain attribution integrity.

5.4 Communications between IAG and Members are confidential and protected under Swiss law unless otherwise disclosed by mutual agreement.
6. Transparency and Confidentiality
6.1 IAG upholds dual obligations: transparency in its operations and confidentiality in its relationships.

6.2 Members agree to maintain discretion concerning non-public information shared within IAG governance activities.

6.3 IAG commits to disclosing relevant reports, audits, and governance updates in alignment with its transparency standards while safeguarding sensitive data.
7. Limitations of Liability
8.1 These Terms and all matters arising under them are governed by Swiss law.

8.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Bern, Switzerland, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8.3 Parties are encouraged to seek resolution through dialogue and mediation under the auspices of the IAG Executive Committee prior to initiating legal proceedings.
9. Amendments and Sovereign Review
9.1 IAG reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes in governance, regulation, or operational structure.

9.2 Amendments require approval by the General Assembly and will take effect upon publication on the official IAG platform.

9.3 Continued participation following amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Final Declaration – Lex IAG: The Law of Infinite Advancement
10.1 The Law of Infinite Advancement governs all acts under IAG’s jurisdiction.

10.2 All decisions, investments, and initiatives shall be guided by the principle that wealth must serve life, governance must serve purpose, and structure must ensure continuity.

10.3 These Terms are both a legal and ethical covenant — ensuring that integrity remains the infrastructure of advancement.

Infinite Advancement Group (“IAG”) is a sovereign governance entity incorporated under Swiss law.

This Privacy Policy explains how IAG collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data within its governance ecosystem in accordance with applicable Swiss and European data protection legislation. By accessing IAG’s websites, digital platforms, communications, or participating as a Member, Advisor, or Partner, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and agree to the processing of your personal data as described herein.

2.2 Sensitive personal data (e.g., biometric, political, or health information) is not intentionally collected unless expressly required for lawful governance purposes and with explicit consent.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
3.1 Personal data is processed exclusively for the following purposes:Governance administration and membership management.Ethical compliance, transparency, and reporting.Communication of updates, meetings, and documentation.Security, auditing, and fraud prevention.Legal or regulatory obligations under Swiss or EU law.

3.2 Processing is based on:
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 6 FADP).
Contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Legitimate interest in maintaining integrity, governance, and communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Data Retention
4.1 Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes stated above or as required by law.

4.2 Upon termination of membership or withdrawal of consent, data will be deleted, anonymized, or securely archived in compliance with applicable retention requirements.
5. Data Sharing and Transfers
5.1 Personal data may be shared only with:Authorized Members, Stewards, or Advisors under confidentiality obligations.Service providers (IT, accounting, communications) acting as data processors.Regulatory or supervisory authorities where legally required.

5.2 IAG does not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

5.3 Where data is transferred outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area (EEA), IAG ensures appropriate safeguards, including adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
6. Data Security
6.1 IAG implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6.2 Security measures include encryption, access controls, secure servers, and regular data protection audits.

6.3 All personnel with access to personal data are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and undergo compliance training.

7.1 Under the FADP and GDPR, individuals have the following rights:

Right to Rectification: To correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Right to Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): To request deletion of data under certain conditions.
Right to Restriction of Processing: To limit how data is processed.

Right to Object: To object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Right to Withdraw Consent: At any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
